Common questions
Do you visit businesses in person?+
Yes. We’re based in Widnes, which puts most of Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Warrington and west Cheshire within an hour. Being in the room helps when the work spans a shop floor, an office and a customer-facing team. Plenty of work also runs well remotely.
Do you only work in the North West?+
No. We work on site across the North West and North Wales, and remotely with organisations anywhere in the UK. The four capabilities are the same wherever you are. What changes is the local context.
Is the first conversation free?+
Yes. A short conversation, no charge, to understand your position and whether we’re the right fit. If it makes sense to continue, we scope a defined first piece of work with a fixed price agreed before anything begins.
