Terms of use

Draft terms for using wirral.ai and for buying Marketing OS or a fixed-price piece of work. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Owner to review. This is a plain-English draft, not legal advice. Check it, add the missing business details, and take it off this banner when you are happy for it to stand.

We do not yet publish a street address, postcode, company number or a public email address. The owner needs to add those before these pages are relied on. Until then, contact us on the phone number or WhatsApp below.

The website

You may read the site and use the free tools for your own business. Do not misuse them, try to break them, or paste other people’s private information into them.

Fixed-price work

Project work, including websites, is quoted before it starts. The price you are given is the price, unless you later ask for something extra and we agree it in writing. We do not add a fee that was not in that quote.

Marketing OS

The price of a paid plan is shown before you start its trial. Free is £0. Pro is £99 a month and Ultimate is £299 a month, each with a 14-day trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid month starts. AI is included and monthly credit allowances apply. Standalone tools have their own monthly prices on that page. A website is not included.

What we do not promise

We do not promise income, customers, rankings, or a particular result from the software or from a project. Descriptions of features are descriptions of what the plan includes, not a guarantee of an outcome.

If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms removes rights that UK law says a consumer or a small business keeps and that we are not allowed to take away. Other liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the thing that went wrong, in the three months before the problem. The owner should have a solicitor check this sentence before relying on it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
