Refunds and cancellation

Marketing OS and standalone tools

Pro and Ultimate have a 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged for the plan. After that, the plan is monthly in advance. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund that month unless the law says we must, or we failed to provide the service.

Free has no fee. Standalone tools follow the same monthly rule as Pro, at the price on the pricing page.

Project work

If you cancel before we have started, you pay nothing. If you cancel after we have started, you pay for the work already done at the agreed price, and we refund the rest of any money taken for work we have not done. The owner should confirm this matches how deposits are actually taken.

How to ask

Cancel in the app if you have an account, or send a request or message us on WhatsApp. We will confirm what was cancelled and what, if anything, is refunded.
